International cooperation plays an important part in development of Narva Vocational Training Centre. With the help of projects and agreements our students and teachers have an opportunity to have studies, language and professional training at restaurants, industrial enterprises and educational centers in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Austria, Lithuania, Slovenia, Italy, Portugal, Great Britain, Spain, France, Russia, Latvia, Slovakia, Holland, etc.
Teachers and personnel training and also students' practice abroad takes part in most cases through international projects within European Leonardo da Vinci program framework aiming at professional training. We also work in Interreg IV A, Comenius, Grundtvig and other programs.
Project work helps us to develop cooperation with social partners: enterprises, local governmental bodies, associations for the handicapped, vocational schools, colleges and secondary educational
establishments.
Owing to this partnership we implement new courses and subjects, improve the quality of teaching and work-based practice organization, improve professional qualification of our teachers, and, the most important thing, we improve the level of training for our students and their competitiveness.
